This program is catered to increase explosive power and strength as we challenge the body to adapt to moving optimally with external resistance. As a multi-joint and multi-muscular dominated program, this program will result in you burning more calories, improving intramuscular coordination, elevating heart rate, improving flexibility, improving strength, gaining more muscle mass, and increasing power. Functional movement program is a suggested prerequisite for this program as it builds on the adaptations developed in the FM program.Using equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells and our own body weight, we gradually increase intensity, explosive power and core control and stability to assist us reach our goals.
